Hello, fabulous members and allies of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and to everyone who accidentally wandered in looking for the snack table!

I’m Finn, a trans youth, and I want to thank you all for being here today at this celebration of life. I’m excited to announce the launch of Finn’s Future—a foundation dedicated to empowering queer youth and giving them a voice in shaping a brighter tomorrow.

This idea came to me when the 1 Million March for Children was organized to protest SOGI-inclusive education and trans rights in Canada. Seeing this unfold, I couldn’t just sit back and watch as my rights and the rights of my trans siblings were trampled, and hate towards us spread. I wanted to show the world our humanity, love, hopes, and vision for the future.

Finn’s Future aims to collect letters and art from 2SLGBTQIA+ youth worldwide. Through these submissions, we want to highlight their lived experiences and dreams for a better future. Whether through heartfelt letters or vibrant art, these contributions will create a tapestry of perspectives that will guide our advocacy and initiatives.

We understand how deeply personal these stories can be, so all submissions can remain anonymous if preferred. This is a safe space where your creativity and insights can thrive.
